アクティビティーのしかた:
生徒が天気予報を聞き、天気の記号を正しいマスに書き込みます。
①先生は天気予報の記号を黒板に欠きます。晴れ=☀、雨=☔など。
⚠️このUnitにはない'stormy'と'windy'も使っています。
③先生が日本の天気予報のスクリプトを読みます。生徒が理解できるよう、ゆっくり、はっきりと話すことを注意します。能力に応じて、繰り返しスクリプトを読みます。
④世界地図の都市名を確認し、生徒が各都市名の発音を知っているようにします。リスニングの際、生徒が混乱しないようにするためです。
⑤先生が世界の天気予報のスクリプトを読みます。ゆっくり、はっきりと単語を強調して話すことを忘れないこと。
⑥生徒と一緒に答えを確認します。
How to use:
1. The purpose of this activity is for students to listen to the weather report and write the correct symbol in the appropriate square.
2. The teacher should draw symbols for each weather word on the board. For example, sunny = ☀, rainy = ☔. ⚠ This activity uses 'stormy' and 'windy' which are not part of the vocabulary listed for this unit.
3. The teacher will then read the weather report script for Japan. Being careful to speak slowly and clearly. Emphasising the weather for each location. The teacher should read the script two or three times depending on the ability of the students.
4. Next the teacher should check the names of cities on the world weather map. Make sure that students know the pronunciation for each city, so they are not confused during the listening activity.
5. Then the teacher should read the world weather report script. Don't forget to speak slowly, clearly and emphasise the weather words.
6. Check the answers with the students.
