How to use:
 
1. This worksheet teaches students how to write name correctly using upper and lower case letters.
2. First students should write their name in all upper case. The teacher should check all student's work.
3. Next write again this time all lower case.
4. Finally, students should write using upper case for first letter and lower case for the rest.
